All treatment is evidence based and informed by a philosophy of warmth and welcome. It is eclectic, responsive, individualised and comprehensive. The aim is to foster durable change in a sensitive, friendly and understanding atmosphere.
Sometimes change occurs as a result of understanding yourself better through exploration of experiences or provision of information. Sometimes through teaching skills which are practiced in the rooms and applied in your life. Some of the therapeutic change takes place in the room, but most of it happens as a result of your exploration, practice and consolidation between sessions, and ongoing after the end of your sessions.
Services are generally provided in the rooms, but can be arranged in the workplace, by telephone or Skype.
